We designed this program for people who are ready to live a more active and healthier life every day. Before we jump in, we first get down to WHY. Why do
you want to get healthy, and how you can achieve those goals. Designed as a mindfulness and habit changing journey, with the results of losing weight and getting healthier flowing out of a new focus on mindfulness.
 
We will also help you with meal planning and finding healthier options. We have solutions t hat shed unwanted pounds and help you feel more energetic. You will also get ideas for workouts and more throughout our journey. We think that getting to the bottom of what got you into your situation will help you change.
 
This Personal Experience, 1 on 1 program lasts three months, and includes:
 
– a one hour zoom session or in person meeting (depending on location) to begin our journey.
 
– one 30 Minute VIP accountability phone call per week.
 
– Access to online resources at an additional cost.
